We Are Hiring! Oracle Hyperion EPM Ninjas

Full 360 thrives on innovation and is changing the way BI is sold, implemented, and supported. We're Oracle EPM and data warehousing wonks with deep experience in the financial services marketplace. We foster a "lifestyle company" culture because we want everyone working for at Full 360 to enjoy what they do. (If its not enjoyable, it's not worth doing).

We have no "exit strategy" because we have not taken any outside funding, which will allow us to continue to do interesting things that the market wants and have our work represent more than just dollars and cents. We compensate everyone fairly and empower our people to do the right thing, especially when when dealing with customers (who love us for it). If you have read Daniel Pink, Seth Godin and Tony Hsieh, you'll know where some of these ideas came from.

Is our strategy working? We think so. We're the first company to build and deploy Oracle EPM in the cloud, and we have successfully partnered, developed and launched elasticBI, a BI platform-as-a-service in the cloud. We are profitable, and have attracted some of the best talent out there to our team.

Our business development focus is to develop and maintain relationships in the tri-state area, because we want our people to have a life outside our "lifestyle company". (But if travel is what interests you, we can probably accommodate you!)

The Job

You should feel comfortable working all the way up and down the Oracle Hyperion EPM stack for your area of expertise (Essbase, Planning, HFM, Financial Reporting, ODI, DRM, and any number of other Oracle acronyms) and you should be willing and able to work with applications that may not be in your comfort zone. You will be able to work in a structured but independent environment.

Our company is doing some amazing things with EPM, BI, Data Warehousing and the cloud. We want to see the best ideas you have to solve complex problems with simple, repeatable solutions.

Must-Have

  • Solid command of Hyperion EPM and Data Warehousing fundamentals
  • Prior experience building out and scaling at least one of the EPM modules
  • Excellent system-level thinking – we want you to help design systems, not just implement specs

FTW:

  • Some sysadmin experience, whether official or not would be great
  • Programming or scripting experience

If this describes a culture and position that would fit your personality and life goals, and you want to work with a bunch of ninja BI geeks who enjoy what they do, drop us a line at careers@full360.com
